This pillow is true to description in size and a "ribbon "shag", it's shape is great, firm and great quality, but.. It doesn't look at all like the picture. The shag is a shredded material and I ordered the white which is more of a beige (with slight greenish tint in natural light that you don't see in my photos). In all not as pretty in "white" as they pictured.
