It's nice cooler super easy to put the gallon of water now since it a bottom . Just wish the cold water was colder like my other dispenser but overall happy with my purchase

Ordinarily a lovely-looking appliance, but there was a manufacturing/design, quality control issue. It arrived with a stray/misplaced screw firmly lodged and sticking out of the base of the unit. Other than that, it appears to be working well. Too soon to tell if there are also any electrical/performance issues. Will update if any crop up!

Love the taste of the water and the temperature! I'm still getting used to using it without getting water all over the floor after filling up a bottle/cup. If you just stick the bottle underneath and then pull it out, water continues to fall for a second after, making a mess on the floor. If I tilt the bottle just right, this doesn't happen, but I do think it's a bit of a deign flaw.

Install was easy and we love this cooler. Hot is really hot, cold is cold enough. We love it
