Terrible product. First one arrived pitted and substandard finishing. Call to customer service (lovely agent) and replaced. Did replace quickly but replacement coat rack was broken. NOTE: the arms of this coat rack are not metal but a resin of some type. Returned using chat which was slow and after declining discount for a non repairable item?? did get offered a refund. Now have to go and stand in line again at Fedex. Also packing on both pieces was terrible, box just stuffed with bits of broken styrofoam.

Nice and sturdy. Love the look. Had to knock off a couple of stars because the paintcoating was chipped a bit.

Looks antique. There’s dark welding looking marks where the pieces meet. It’s very study. It was exactly the piece we were looking for.
