Item rusted with in a year of being purchased in several spots and looked awful. Reached out to sunjoy who has awful customer service. Was told that the despite the item saying that it is rust proof, it actually isn’t and that rusting “is considered normal” in their response to me. They would not honor the warranty to replace the roof despite the rusting occurring within a year of being purchased. The stated I should “paint over it”. Purchase a different gazebo

Super sturdy and makes our space look great! The team the put it together was great and had it completed in about 4-5 hours. We love the charging port too.

Solid, easy to put together, looks great in person. Only took two of us maybe 6 hours total to put it together. The mosquito netting has a nice side effect of giving the legs a kind of softer look.

I have not put it together and pray that the pieces are all there. When they delivered it, they advised that the box fell apart in the truck. They advised that they made sure all pieces were there. I hope so and that there are no issues when I start putting it together. Update 1122 I have had this up for a couple of months, it is NOT rain proof! The rain soaks through like there is no roof. Can’t sit under it during the rain. I am so disappointed!!

There’s a lot to love about this gazebo, but some minor annoyance as well! First of all, it took two people about 6 hours to put it up. (My FIL claims they could’ve done it in half the time if they didn’t screw up a few things, but…I’m not sure if I believe him!) Assembly was a bit much. It took me 45 minutes just to unpackage everything and take the plastic wrapping off each individual part. My husband and FIL got the whole frame put together and then noticed that some factory-installed screws had to be removed so that the corners would be flush against the top of the vertical poles they had to take those apart, remove the screws, and assemble again. There was also some debate over whether parts M and N should go where the instructions said they should FIL thought they should be reversed but I told him to stick with the instruction guide! I did not know it had a solar panel to charge cell phones. I absolutely love it. I love the screen instead of the mesh siding. I have a fire pit I also purchased from Wayfare that is gorgeous.

Below zero rating. Dont order in Wayfair!!So frustrating. I booked for installtion. And only one PRO showed up knowing its a 2 man job. Coordinating with Handy app is so disappointing. My husband tool a day off for this installtion and Its my sons bday tomorrow and we dnt have a gazebo! Then we opened the box..more frustration and disappointment showed up. Some of the parts are damage. This is really a nightmare!! I need a credit on this damage product!!!
