As expected, really nice and two guys 3 hours to assemble. It came in a professional crate fully protected. Works amazing!!

Overall great experience. It was cheaper than other ways to get this same model. Delivery guys were professional and willing to put the box inside my garage. Putting it together took a few hours but I took my time and it turned out amazing. Best thing is that this think gets hot. Like hot hot. 5/5

Everyone in the family loves it. Was even nicer than I expected, although the reviews were great. Took about 6 hours to put together with help from my daughter and her friend. Some heavy pieces but not difficult to put together and well made. Would not expect anything less in a company from West Virginia. So far we have been using it everyday and love it.

I love my sauna. When we first received the sauna right and left front panels were the same without the drill holes needed to fit the panel doors into the clots. I called the Wayfair and the Bridgeport company to get help. I ended up calling a contractor that had to drill holes and make adjustments to the panels for them to fit and work correctly. After a few days Bridgeport called me back and made it right by giving us extra products. It's working good now and I use it everyday.

I'm very happy with this sauna. It works as described. It has plenty of room to lay down and roomy enough that my husband and I can sit in it together comfortably. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a traditional sauna. I left a separate review for the sauna assembly service if you're thinking about using their service to install it.
