Great little heater. I bought one for each of my bathrooms

Good price, lightweight and easy to hang on the wall where I needed it. Display is nice and it works as it's supposed to to keep the room warm.

The heater in the box was not the heater pictured on your website, or on the box. It was missing the base unit with the feet, which allow it to stand on its own. Wayfair customer service said they would order the feet and send to me. Then they sent me a note saying they were no longer available. I called the manufacturer (Heat Storm) and they said they have a large supply and could ship a set out the next day. I phone Wayfair back and told them this. A couple hours later I received an e-mail saying they couldn't send them because they were no longer available. (Wayfiar did credit $60 to my PayPal, but the shipping cost for the $18 base unit would cost me $87.)

We received this heater and it did not work. Gave error message of EI and even after following manual instructions for this error, we could not get it to start Additionally power cord is very short and can only be placed next to a power outlet Reached out to Wayfair help and received message that product is not eligible for return. I do not recommend

I love these heaters, they easy to hang . And its got child lock on the settings, best thing ever! Im glad I got three. Need 2 more.

It is amazing, keeps my music room a a steady temp, (which is good for my acoustic instruments) . Shipping was right on the money and installation was a snap. Thank you so much

Doesn't seem to really keep an accurate temperature of the room so everything has to be set higher than what it actually needs to be. But it does work well
