Poorly sewn together with threads coming loose.

I would give a 0 stars if I could! Ordered one set and they came reeking of mold-mildew. The box, packaging and rugs all stunk. So, I washed them and the entire backing came out all over my washer and dryer. I gave them a 2nd chance with a replacement set to be disappointed yet again. Yes, they smelled like mildew again! To make it worse, I am being charged the shipping to return their defective product. Why? We'll I started the return and learned that I had to pay shipping so I reached out to customer service. They told me they cannot reverse my return claim or do anything! I will stand by the principle of expecting good customer care and will never shop with them again and all over a minimal shipping cost that they could easily refund me like any other major reputable company would do!

Would not clean in washing machine as the as the loon is not tight material thins out of rug. But rugs are unusually pretty.
