Awful. Don’t waste your money. The chairs “stain” just from everyday use wearing normal clothes. Also Allstate protection plan - buyer beware. I was told stains are from dust build up. My house is spotless. So I guess if you don’t wear clothes the chairs won’t stain!!

Lumbar massage failed on 12/31/24 Fixed it 1/6/25 revised review

I purchased this chair as a Christmas present for my elderly Mother. The item was to be delivered to her address. I paid for home service assembly, which Wayfair contracts through ANGI. The delivery was sent to my address instead of my Mom’s address. The ANGI service pro arrived at my home a little past 8 am, for assembly. The chair had not been delivered, even to my home. The service pro said he only does what the work order dictates. He said he did not have a contact number for ANGI customer service. Because the chair was already shipped, I could not make any changes to the order. Now I, a service connected disabled veteran, have to find a way to transport the chair over 100 miles to my Mom’s home and pray that the ANGI service pro shows up to assemble the chair!!!

Nice chair. Set up fairly easy following the enclosed booklet. Chair comes in two large boxes so it may require two people to carry it in.

I absolutely love this chair and feel that it will be super comfy for my upcoming recovery from a knee replacement. I mammoth sleep well in my bed due to back discomfort and this chair is so cushy that I feel that it is super supportive of my back- especially in a reclining position. The massage is more of a vibration and along with the heat, is just perfect for added relaxation!

This chair not only looks awesome but feels incredibly comfortable the features are fantastic and I really love how it actually hits in the small of my back for lower back discomfort and the Heat with the massage just makes it a full deal just what I needed

nice and comfortable! the massage feature is great. the seat is very firm but when I recline its fine. I feel like I'm setting on the massage system-

Perfect chair. It lifts up and down easily and can be a good bed too, very comfortable. Aside, it was so easy to assemble and instructions are easy to understand. I highly recommended this product.
