I love this couch. It fits my room perfectly and is so comfortable. It’s slightly lower to the ground than I wanted, but the cushions are pretty thick so it’s not that bad.

Great for a midsize living room. Fast shipping and came in four boxes that were easily carried up a flight of stairs and into an apartment. Easy assembly and overall actually comfortable! Very happy with this purchase

This review is a warning that if you schedule installation the four very large packages will still be shipped via Fed Ex anyway and you will have to manage moving them from your unattended small lobby (if not a home address) to your apartment. I specifically ordered for installation (it’s not clear this doesn’t mean you are scheduling delivery time as well ). My location plus a hand injury I am awaiting surgery for was my reason for paying extra. Yes, the couch is perfect but the impact this drop off had on my injury and the chaos it caused I would not want to happen to someone in a similar situation. If you have easy access to your home then my review would be a 5. I would suggest to Wayfair to be clear what the additional charge covers. Other retailers I’ve purchased from such as Anthropologie schedule delivery, set up and box removal at the same time. What’s the point of paying for help if you have to manage moving it yourself anyway.

Great feel and color! Easy to put together

This couch is great if you want to lay down rather than sit. It’s very cushy. If you’re tall or have bad knees, find another option. It sinks so far down when you “sit” on (sink into) it that the cushions are maybe 10 inches off the floor when you go to stand up. We’re consigning it rather than try to return it and getting something more knee-friendly.

5 months in with this couch and I still fall asleep on it every night. The chaise cushion is sinking in very slightly in the spot I sit in the most, but that’s my only critique. Love this couch!

It is so comfy! I absolutely love this couch and would by it again. I wish the chaise was a little longer but overall love it!
