Wrought Studio™ Adjustable Reclining Leather Swiveling PC & Racing Game Chair

I was so pleased to find this as a gift because of the looks and price. However, this item arrived with a damaged arm and the bag containing the parts appeared to be have been opened. I ordered this early to arrive in time for Christmas, and wrapped it as soon as it arrived. Unfortunately, it was not opened until Christmas, and the discovery of the broken piece occurred after the 30-day period to report any problems. I attempted to note the circumstances to the chat bot but was quickly informed that it is ineligible for reporting because it falls outside the 30-day window. My past experience with Wayfair was wonderful, and I am normally reluctant to post anything negative, but please be aware that you have a 30-day window for reporting any problems or issues. I wish I could somehow contact the company to order a replacement part but that is not an option either. As soon as the 30-day window is closed, you are out of luck. Lesson learned.
