Love the chairs, we bought 2, a his and hers. I recently had some back surgery and looked at many Lift Chair/recliners and this one was the winner! Ordering was easy and they were in stock. Assembly was easy, it took 20 minutes per chair from open box, assembly and clean up. No tools were required. The heat and massaged worked perfectly as did the recliner remote, but that did take a bit of getting used to to know which button made it do up/down....but that was a fun time trying to see where the button would take you. I have been using it to sleep in at night after my surgery and I just may make this my permanent bed! Coffee in the morning...check; taking a break during the day...check; and watching a bit of TV at night....check and that is checkmate

Amazing. Easy to assemble, Perfect for my husband, Long enough so that his feet dont hang off, Lays flat! comes with a lumbar pillow. Soft fabric, yet firm enough. Massages! Mulit positions. We think its perfect!

The recliner came within a few days. Love the chenille fabric. Nice and roomy. Remote control is very quiet. I would recommend this product!
