Doesn’t tolerate warm rooms well and goes through jug water quickly

This was a total waste of money. The door was stuck and could not be open without breaking it. We sent it back and got another one and it was EXACTLY the same. We watched a you tube video on how to unstick the door and did exactly what it said and the door on the second ice maker ALSO broke. We just cut our losses and threw it away.

Commercial This is absolutely a rip off. Cheaply made is an understatement. The connections are not standard....its made mostly of plastic and will not hold ice. Once unboxed i realized I was ripped off and asked for a return and refund....NEWSFLASH....Wayfair wont return it....Dont just walk....run from this item....and be careful with Wayfair. Unbelievable they allow this to be listed as a Commercial ice machine. Im out 385....whatever a joke. Done with Wayfair

I bought this for my work and we have had it for quite some time now. It works great. Makes a ton of ice. Highly recommend.

Did not work at all , error state .

Did not work when it came. They tell me go thru the manufacturer. I did. Bought it for my small cafe. Over a week later still no resolution.
