My rug arrived without any issues. The packaging was intact. The design of this rug is interesting and fun. Almost floral but then the strips pull it out. The only reason this rug didn't get 5 Stars is because it is still laying in our loft trying to flatten out. It's been there for two weeks. Purchasing my rug was a tough decision based on the fact that Wayfair has so many great rugs. Pros: Good Color, fairly close to my monitor colors, on-time delivery Cons: Shipped so tightly rolled that I can't get it to flatten out.
