Arrived broken, poorly packaged with no padding/protection in box. Now I'm being expected to return the item for a refund-- disappointed!

First shipment was cancelled because the planter was broken. The second shipment came and it was also broken. I’m went to get a refund and while the chat line was prompt and friendly, at first I was required to send the broken pot back although I understood I would simply get the refund (I downloaded a picture of the just opened package as proof). After a second attempt to get a refund without sending the broken planter back, I was told that my case would be reviewed and that I would hear back in the next 4-6 days. That will be next week and I hope my refund will be sent. If so I would feel better about my order.

Color is more green than yellow.
