Putting it up just doesn’t make sense not enough instructions for the brackets

Sent the wrong item, customer support was not helpful in fixing the problem. Still have not resolved the issue days later.

I’m disappointed in this shade. It was installed, and the packaging destroyed while I was away. There is a difference in the thickness of the trim on the bottom. Although it is a small difference it is noticeable. Just enough to drive me a little crazy. I will need to replace this shade. If the stitchingtrim was even I would give the product five stars.

It let's some light true. Not actual black out. I like it though.
