The colors are great but unfortunately the off white sections of the rug look dirty. Also there are several pills in the rug. This area rug was replaced by Wayfair. They sent me another one that I received in December 2024. This rug had the same problems. Unfortunately I was out of the country from the January thru March and when I got home I tried vacuuming the rug every day for a few weeks because I thought that it might just be shedding as new carpet does, thinking that I could keep the rug from getting worse. I diligently did everything I could before asking to return this replacement rug. Wayfair took the stance that there was no warranty and that I had the rug too long for it to be allowed to return it. So much for diligence and trying to work with what I was sent. Because of the style and colors of this rug it’s very hard to take a good picture of it. I paid over $1200 for this rug and I should at least be able to return and receive a store credit. I asked for a manager and they told me someone would contact me within a few days. If I get no relief my attorney friend Tyler will write a letter. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They are dishonest and will do anything not to solve your problem over their defective merchandise. I can’t accept this as a final outcome. I know that it’s hard to see, but all of the little white dots are from pulls and shedding.
