Horrible quality. Unique piece but wish I would have read reviews. Like others, backordered then all came damaged, tried to replace and on extended back order again, quality is not worth the price. Very disappointed in product but equally disappointed with wayfair. Have spent much money in past with them but this experience has steered me elsewhere in the future.

I will never buy from you guys ever again. And nobody should buy from them either. Almost every single part came damaged or broken. Zero star review. It took over a month for us to get this and it was damaged. Do not buy from them. Disappointed is an understatement. This is NOT worth over $1,000 OR $500+. If anything, this is worth $100. The material is so cheap and again, almost all parts came back damaged. Do better Wayfair.

Ordered this hall tree and over a span of 9 months of waiting I received two boxes of hardware thrown in a bag, two boxes full of wooden board that didn’t even match what I ordered and finally when my actual hall tree came in it was damaged and the wrong colour. Not too happy about this purchase. Would not recommend .

I wish I could give a genuine review, but I haven’t been able to have all of the necessary parts. My package arrived with multiple broken pieces. The time frame to get replacements is nearly a full 6 weeks. I still have not received my replacement parts so I have to sit around with half of the pieces while I wait to receive the replacements.

This product took too long to be delivered and then came without all the parts, when i ordered the parts, i was told it would take another month! It’s been over 4 months, no parts and no refund.

The hall tree arrive with some damaged parts. I wont know how it works for my space until I receive the replacement parts. Potentially it will be great, provide extra storage and an entry park/drop off zone.

Looks great but small corner at top damaged during delivery. Other than that I am happy. Difficult to assemble for sure.

This was the worst packing and shipping of a product I have ever experienced and have put together dozens of pieces of furniture. Packed with environmentally unfriendly styrofoam that broke into hundreds and hundreds of tiny pieces. Spent almost 90 minutes just cleaning the pieces. I do not recommend and would never buy from this manufacturer again. Now I will turn to what appear to be the worst set of directions i have ever seen, not a single sentence, just diagrams and not a word of english. Horrible. Pieces were damaged in shipping as well. The worst.

WARNING! Read all of the reviews on this item, because they are true. Took 2 months to receive, was back ordered, the 3 separate boxes came damaged. Tape was used to hold them together. All the hardware was just thrown into a bag with minimal directions. Not worth the hassle, time, and money (which they increased, I paid 350$ for this unit). Took me nearly 3 hours to build by myself and it's very sturdy. I took the time to leave this review, hope it helps.

The reviews were right. This looked like it shipped with no packaging materials at all. Every corner in the bigger pieces were completely destroyed. There are huge spots where you can see all the wood composite. Also all of the hardware (about 200 screws nails hinges) were just tossed together in a big baggie. I built it and it looks fine in dark lighting from afar but definitely disappointing experience unboxing
