Patented Asia Ascend Teak Shower Bench with Shelf

The bench looks good, seems solid, and went together relatively easy. The reason I give only 4 stars is that I have not had a chance to use it yet AND I want you to know how dissatisfied I am with FEDEX delivery service. They left the 20+ LB box 20-30 feet from my door. I am 76 years old and had to carry it up three steps to my deck and then the rest of the way to the door. It seems the delivery person would have realized that if a household needs a shower bench, they must not be the best candidates to carry 20 pounds very far.

Substanial, quality, solid crafted piece. Very nice looking. Fairly easy to assemble, with two people. Will have to see how it wears over time. Only gave 4 stars, due to some unfinished areas.

Excellent teak bench choice! Extremely sturdy and well made. Easy to assemble. Like that it is an extra couple of inches wider than most and stands higher than some benches. Color is slightly more ‘light cherry’ in color than the stock photo. Worth waiting for back in stock status!

Very nice bench. Sturdy and perfect size for our shower.

Great stool/bench. I assembled it in 10 minutes and put a coat of linseed oil on it. It is very attractive. The wood is premium quality too.

I use this bench in my shower. Used teak oil to water proof it and then towel dry it after each shower use. I couldn't be happier with this bench. Very sturdy and comfortable. Well worth what I paid. Better than a permanent shower bench since I can move it around.

This is my second buy of this Teak Shower Bench, as I liked the first one I bought for my master bathroom. It's sturdy, well made, and beautiful to look at.

I just assembled this. Holes were not lined up well so took longer than it should have. It seems sturdy however. Be aware that insert states this will fade weather unless you periodically treat it with teak oil.
