Perfect for my daughter’s college apartment! The fold down cup holder is a nice touch. The fabric is soft and looks nice. The side pillows could be a bit bigger, as they slip off the couch easily, but it isn’t a major problem. I do wish that that the legs were all the same color, the black support leg in the middle throws me off a bit, but again, it is a minor thing.

Not that great for the average household. If you are looking for a dorm room piece, this may work. It is extremely uncomfortable. The back flips down so that you can “sleep” on it but it is too short. It has slight foam under the fabric but not enough to make is soft or comfortable. Very, very low too. Easy to put together, and the material is nice but that is about it. It is short enough to slide under a raised dorm room bed and pull out when needed for extra seating, but it is not a futon.
