I’ve had this pillow over three weeks and it is still as flat as pancake. I’ve tried running it in the dryer as others have suggested and it is still flat. I’m highly disappointed.

The quality is very good, so far Im not feeling a difference from my old pillow but its only been a week.

Had to put it in the dryer after unpacking to fluff it up. I waited the recommended 48 hours for it to fluff up but it was still flat. After drying it, it was fluffy, very soft, full, and comfortable.

So I've been using the pillow for almost two weeks. Overall, I like the pillow but would I recommend it? Not really. First of all, I would have liked an instructional video on how to unwrap and prepare the pillow. But I managed fine after doing a little research. The removable cover is great but even after washing it it continued to have a certain smell to it. It wasn't overbearing though and has since faded. I did remove some of the material from the support pillow because I realized I didn't like it that firm. While it can get a bit messy long as you're careful removal of the material inside the pillow isn't that bad. Overall, I do like the pillow but wouldn't recommend it knowing there's other pillows with better instruction and pricing.
