The packaging on this bed is ruining it. We had 3 beds shipped to us due to damage on the headboard. We explained multiple times that we just needed the one part replaced, but they kept sending a whole bed and every time it was the same problem. They have black metal bars up against the soft fabric headboard. And it’s a cheap fabric so the metal is tearing right through. Do not buy!!!

This bed came in a very damaged box from the carrier. Some minor damage but overall okay. Definitely recommend 2 persons for assembly. It was a beast to do alone. I’d rather it come with a better quality fabric, but okay for now. I like the headboard maybe just with out the chrome buttons across the top.

Overall happy with the look and feel. However fairly irritated that the first 3 bolts did not line up which caused about a 1 hr delay on how I was going to put this thing together. I ended up just using deck screws for the 2 areas that didn’t match. Also deliver wasn’t great and the product came damaged. I spent so much time putting it together that I am just overlooking it at this point but I’m not happy about it.

It was damaged when it arrived. There was a tear in the top of the fabric. Trying to fit the side pieces together, were a bit rough, but the rest of the directions were very straightforward. I do love how it looks and the damage isn't so much that I would want to go through the hassle of sending it back.

The bed arrived quickly but was delivered poorly. It is very heavy so I’m not sure if the driver couldn’t manage moving it on his own or not but it was left in the middle of my driveway diagonally. The box was beat up as well. The bed itself is beautiful. The bed did come in damaged and scuffed. It has both black and one blue markstain. It also has a tear in the headboard. I love the look and feel of the bed but it has some of the cosmetic flaws.
