suitable for big and tall person

An amazing office chair for big and tall people, with height and width adjustments on the arm rests, and adjustable lumbar support in the back. Easy to put together and very sturdy.

This chair was a huge improvement over my last chair. Working from home required something better. Very comfortable and roomy. Seems sturdy. Hard choosing a chair online but it worked out. Assembly was a breeze.

I've had this chair for a while now (20 months), and I quite like how sturdy it is. The seat is hard but not uncomfortable for me; that's to be expected when it is made to support someone of my size. The only issue I have with it is the armpads. The foam material isn't supported well enough around the outside and, as such, it tears and breaks quite easily. When I contacted the manufacturer, they said that the armpad isn't covered under warranty but hey, you can definitely buy the parts for $20 US each plus $9 shipping (not sure if they paid attention to the fact I am in Canada or not... probably not). The chair is over $1000 and they won't support poor-quality armpads. Makes me concerned about whether they'll honour the 5-year warranty on anything else that might go wrong with this chair in the future when this was such an obvious customer support gimme for them to take care of. This isn't a comment about this seller in any way. My comment is specifically about HON and honouring the warranty. So if replacing the armpads once in a while at your cost from the US is OK, this actually is a chair I'm happy with otherwise.

I'm disappointed! I've only had the chair for for a couple of weeks, but one of the legs has given way where the castor's stem is inserted. Although used on a carpet with very short pile, I don't recommend using it on carpet at all. Be very careful when ordering this expensive chair because returning it can be an ordeal.

The chair came in 6 or 7 pieces plus the 5 wheels. The back and seat pieces are quite heavy. It took two of us 20 minutes to put together. Very well laid out, included 12 screws and an Allen wrench. It's a good sturdy chair, worth the price.

Enjoying this item in my office, very comfortable to sit in for hours on in, well made and durable, handles my excess weight (400 LBS) with comfort

Overall a decent chair, my only complaint is the awful noises it makes when I make any sort of movement while sitting in the chair. I haven’t been able to pin pointed the issue only that it comes from beneath the seat.
