bought this second fan for our guest bedroom- installation was challenging as there was no text with only pictorial steps, but any homeowner with moderate skills can accomplish it in under 2 hours(as long as existing wires are done a certified electrician- ours were under a ceiling cover already for a light fixture etc)- but we do love and enjoy the fan/light combo and modern look! would recommend to a friend!!. Highly recommend. Easy to install. Took maybe 20 minutes to replace existing light/fan. I was surprised how bright the lights are. I actually had to dim it down for the space its in. I like that it has 3 light color temperature options and the lights are dimmable with a continuous dim function that recalls the last settings. Fan moves plenty of air. Great fan for a moderate size room with low ceiling. Ultra easy to install. Wall switch was not what I expected - it is battery operated and fits into a switch spot, but is not wired.
