Wayfair did a great job with delivery - prompt and on-time and the package was in excellent shape. Can't comment on functionality as installation and use are indefinitely delayed due to the COVID-19 virus lockdown.

I decided that this was the extra that could be the most useful to us. In reading reviews, I found that, if you can, these are best located near counter-height instead at the bottom of an oven stack (near the floor). Ours was used to help fill-in the cavity of another brand’s combo oven. Warming drawer uses we have found are proofing bread, keeping earlier baked items warm while baking/broiling another dish, keeping meals warm for late arrivals and recipes that call for using warmed plates or bowls. We want to experiment tenting chateaubriand with this and are looking for more ideas. This unit could use a removable sticker on the front that reads “Push Here To Open” for the novice installer. Our service provider appeared to follow procedures as he worked through the resulting issues and all have been resolved.

Added this unit to our remodeled kitchen design and really glad we did!

bought 2 and had them installed in November after a major kitchen renovation. Only used them two or three times but worked well

I've had this for about 6 months now. We've had the repairman out 3 times to replace the rails. The "push to open" mechanism is very flaky and can easily be damaged.

This warming drawer is a perfect addition to our oven, keeping food and even dishes warm prior to serving.

This is a nice extra to have in my dream kitchen. I really love to be able to keep things warm while still preparing other items when feeding a large crowd. Takes a little while to warm up.

Easy access and keeps food warm

Great for pizza de livery, turn on to medium about ten minutes before arrival and keeps it hot and ready to service.
