Pros: I like that they put a red floater in the drip pan, it rises if there is a lot of standing water so you can visually see if you need to empty it. The machine is relatively quiet and looks very nice. I like that it has 3 temperature choices - Hot, Cold, and Room Temperature. The hot has a safety latch, but an adult, even with limited dexterity could use it. Cons: I was disappointed that the room temperature water dibbles out and takes at least twice as long compared to the chilled water. The opening for the water bottle is a tight squeeze because of the filters in the back. Making the opening another 1 square inch bigger would easily resolve. The door is completely smooth with no indent to grip to pull open the door, so you have to be careful not to break a nail.

Great system easy to refill with bottom load! Fill with tap water and let system filter it.

I bought this product 6 months ago and it is now rusted.

So far, we really like this cooler. I looked for awhile to find one to avoid usage of plastic bottles and to allow for ease of access to good water. We fill a lot of water bottles and use it in our coffee and espresso makers too. Water is cold, fresh and tastes better than tap. I like refilling from the tap though especially since research has shown that tap water has less micro plastics in it than bottled water. I did not want to be switching out 5 gallon plastic jugs every week. This Brio model has definitely improved the amount of water we drink as well as helping our family be healthier and feel better.

Filters don’t seem to really work to improve taste or do much work at all

We’ve had this for about a month now and are LOVING it. We were buying a large pack of water bottles a couple of times a week and had bottles everywhere. No more mess, easy to refill, and the water tastes great. Completely worth the investment.

Nice unit. We are using it in an office setting. We have to have bottled water as our pipes in the building are over 100 years old. I do find that that hot water temperature is too hot. I wonder if there is a way to turn down the hot water temperature. It is near boiling.
