So far so good. My only qualm twith this ice maker is that our floor got scratched when we were putting it in due to a screw that was not fully put into place during construction.

Received a unit with a bad and noisy motor. Almost sounds like a bad bearing. Contacted company for replacement motor. Says it’s being sent, but have not yet received. Once I get the replacement motor I can update review.

It is freestanding and can be partly hidden underneath a countertop, but it requires being close to a waterline/kitchen and drainline and that restricts placement. It makes a lot of ice not sure you need all that even on holidays. Also you need to clean it once every six months once in use. It would be nice it this came compact without need of always a direct connections, and with options besides different ice sizes.

Love, love this ice maker it makes a lot of ice. Life saver for parties or gatherings and buy bags of ice. It fits under your sink for ease or bar or grilling area. It come with filter and lines, need drain for drainage.

The ice stays cold and has not clumped together at all. Noise level is about the same as a fridge Ice production speed seems good. Would buy again! We needed something compact and affordable and this fit nicely under the counter.

What a great Ice maker!! I did not use it under counter, I used it in my laundry room as that was the only place I could use it, but it out worked great! Easy to hook up great instructions. Seems to be a great quality the finish is really nice it looks great. Great item fast at making ice.

Great size ice maker. The top is a solid black that goes under the cabinet no need to have still covered so they didn’t add it there, the handle is also metal pull bar and seem to be well made. It needs to sit for a day once removed box before install but it may be tall so I’ll need to make some adjustments to the space before installing. But all things considered this is a great item for your kitchen or possibly small restaurant space.

Ice machine stops making ice once bucket is filled once. Tech support says to keep turning machine off to decrease internal temp then on and this is just not sustainable.

I hate it. Unfortunately I ordered this for a remodel of my kitchen and was not there when it was installed. I returned home today and thought the builder must have left on a big floor fan because it was extremely noisy. Also the ice comes out in sheets. Looks like a waffle. Hard to break up. It puts out a lot of ice. Too much. No place holder for a scoop. I’m extremely disappointed and would have returned it if I had known in time.
