Very easy to install. We install at second floor . My families very like it .

The sensor on this thing is broken. Even when you remove the water bottle away from the sensor the water keeps running. What’s worse is the water runs faster than its able to drain. This is the second time it’s happened to me or in a month. This needs to be fixed.

We love this product! Bought for our new construction home and is the most used appliance in our home! I would buy it again!

Poor quality. I installed this in a new commercial space instead of the traditional water fountains. The clients were thrilled to have this and we loved that this would eliminate the need for single use plastic water bottles, however this model did not even last a year of use. It broke last fall and since then I’ve reached out to both Wayfair and Elkay with NO luck. Super disappointed in this product and the customer service.

One of the best purchases!! My only regret is not getting one with a drain, but other than that. Love it!
