My wife was really excited about this cleaner. She's a big fan of probiotics. When the products finally arrived (they took about 3 ½ weeks to get here) she quickly opened the package to read the instructions. She was quite surprised to see how much time it took for the products to work! Essentially, for your washing machine, you need to allow a day of nonuse Instructions read: to pour product in detergent dispenser or drum of empty machine, wait 1-12 hours for probiotic to activate once pouring in, run a rinse/spin cycle, then an additional 6 hours - preferably overnight - before opening your washing machine. The liquid had a pleasant smell, nothing overpowering or strange. Once the time had finished for everything, there was ZERO odor remaining from the product, or anything. The product recommends to use it once a month. As she regularly uses Afresh to clean our washing machine, it likely wasn't too dirty in the first place, so, we will see. The dishwasher has similar instructions for use. Once again, empty machine, pour into dishwasher tub, close dishwasher and wait 1-12 hours, run a rinse-only cycle, keep dishwasher closed for at least 6 hours with overnight being optimal, then resume normal use. Again, apply monthly. So, as you can see, once again, about a day of out of commission, which can be difficult in a busy household. The garbage disposal was the easiest overall. Pour one packet into the sink drain, wait 6-12 hours (overnight is better) before using sink again. We did this at bedtime and waited until after lunch the next day to use the sink again. It would have been nice if the instructions were included with the product listing as we would not have ordered had we known the length of time needed to wait for the product to do its thing. But, with that being said, there currently are no odors in any of our devices (washing machine, dishwasher, or garbage disposal) so it would appear the product *does* work.

I can not tell a difference really and I am not sure I would purchase this out side of the tried and true experience. There is a lot of dos and don'ts associated with the product cold water let sit overnight don't open the door to the item being cleaned and again not sure it even worked.

I like that this bundle comes with a washer cleaner, dishwasher cleaner and sink cleaner. They are easy to use and the packaging instructions are simple to follow. They work great at removing odors. Not sure what the probiotic part does though.

A convenient bundle pack for deodorizing one’s dishwasher, washing machine and sinkdisposal. It is a brand that I respect. I found the price reasonable at 2.50 per packet. Easy to use and directions clear as packet shows. Helps eliminate built up odors and I was happy with results.

I am a single dad that doesn’t use the dishwasher that much.(take out) it would always have a funky smell if I didn’t run it for a couple weeks. I used the cleaner and it not only took the funky smell away, but actually made it smell good. It did the same for my sink and washing machine.
