Very disapointed to see that the oven door closes automatically. How dangerous it is !!!!!! Hinges on all ovens should be "stay open". Only for when you have to take out a big, heavy pot or dish with both hands. Now I need to buy new hinges with « stay open » fonction ($$$ just to avoid getting burned…

Middle glass pane shattered when we were cooking - have never hit or banged the glass just happened when the oven was on - cut my dogs foot. Would appreciate if a staff member could reach out to help fix this issue

They using the ease of selecting which burner to use and set to the intended temperature. Our favorite features is the 4th -5th elements ~ quick boil and 12" element its a tie. Quick boil element makes steaming veggies and breeze; 12" element helps with the large skillet recipes like spaghetti .... wish we had bought this unit alot sooner. It definitely makes cooking enjoyable again.
