The new Professional Plus range cookers are inspired to bring robustness, ergonomics, and operability to the domestic space, the ILVE Professional Plus 48-inch range combined with a brushed finish for knobs and handles. The range cooker has a 3.5 cubic feet multi-function electronic oven and a static oven with a capacity of 1.52 cubic feet. The main multifunction electric oven has 9 cooking modes and the operating temperature ranges from 100° to 500° F. Both the cavities are coated with an easily clean enamel. Can be cleaned without effort thanks to the folding grill heating element. The gas cooktop is available in two different configurations. A cooktop is equipped with a coupe de feu, fry top, and a double-ring dual burner. The 8-burner version has a griddle and two double-ring dual burners with a maximum power of 25000 btu each.
