Very happy with this washer. A little bit of a learning curve and I m sure I still have not used all of the features. But the delivery experience was great, it’s quiet and I love the fact that it sets the water level by itself. Highly recommend this.

Great dryer I love it

I have had the dryer for about 6 weeks and I love it! Everything comes out so soft, even with out fabric softener. The controls are very easy to use and intuitive. I highly reccomend.

It seems to dry the clothes well when it uses heat. Occasionally, it doesn't use heat and nothing gets dry. I have no idea what prompts the machine to use heat or not - perhaps some twisted AI feature that those "dryer engineers" at LG built into the programming - but most people would presume that a "Normal" setting on a dryer would use heat. Not this machine. The LG engineers developed a setting called "Energy Saver" that comes on at random, without rhyme or reason, to save you money by using days and days of electricity to spin a drum of cold wet clothes in the hope that before the end of time things will dry. Hanging your clothes up in the back yard in a winter ice storm would probably work better. So if you like to live on the edge a little, and don't mind the mind numbing shock of slipping on your cold, wet underwear, socks and shirt as you head out the door to work, then this dryer's for you. Just roll down the windows and open up the sunroof you pansy. If you have a 45 minute commute you should be dry by the time you get there.

I have had it for a few weeks and I love it! It is super easy to use and user friendly. the high capacity is great. It is about a load and a half compared to my last dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer is so smart that is in fact dumb. It's usless. Why do I need my dryer equipped with smart technology, when it does not dry cloths like a dryer is supposed to. The flow sense is an issue and by reading the manual it's a common issue, there is even a portion that states that the pressure from the duct must meet a specific standard and the only way to test this is to have a special tool. Things that consumers are unable to fix themselves. I understand the purpose of the flow sense sensor but it completely makes the appliance unusable, and it is a common issue. Too many specifics. The duct hose must be a certain length, duct pressure, duct cleaning. And if you can't fix the flow sense issue your cloths will not dry due to the dryer stopping.

Overall the dryer DLE7000W is alright. I’m still adjusting to the features. I am disappointed in the fact that there isn’t a drum light. It is very dark inside and difficult to see when I want to remove some of the clothes that are partially dried.
