[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ill start off by saying the design and appearance is very appealing. The way the washer and dryer are engineered together makes for easy installation rather than trying to stack one on top of the other. One small downfall to the units being one is it's extremely heavy when moving around with a dolly. The dryer height is perfect for being able to see and remove clothing for smaller people like myself. The heat pump does take about double the time of a conventional dryer to dry clothes. The washer does a great job removing dirt and stains from clothes but I'd recommend keeping a eye on the door seal it will leak occasionally and needs to be left opened after doing a cycle to allow the seal to dry and not create mold. The washtower started out as a very quite machine while operating but has seem to get louder with more use. There is a lack of functions on the system control panel compared to other brands. Overall is a great design, sleek and space saver in the laundry room just some components on this unit seem to be lower quality standard which may cause issues down the road with water leaks..
