As described. Quality is high. Would recommend. The shipping was normal. Assembly was straightforward.

Needs were met. Surprisingly quiet, compared to my Sanyo micro wave of 20 years. The only thing that was a no go was the app that would have allowed me to use Alexa. It had some Chinese company that required all my contact info. No go. All of my Alexa items have been plug and go. Not happening. Wish I would have known that before the purchase, would have went with Panasonic.

thing microwave is really nice and i hope it last long but i do have a 2 year warranty

It took 3 weeks then it did not work

We absolutely love the microwave, easy to clean, not extremely loud as some are, nice size, plenty of power. It will even let you boot it up to Alexa. Put the product in the microwave and say Alexa cook three potatoes at 5:00 and it will cook them at that time. It has other options but mainly used the microwave the old fashioned way "manually".

Just what I needed...microwave is great and I love that it works with Alexa!

I could not have made a better or more economical purchase. Does everything I need and then some. 10/10 excellent microwave and highly recommend!
