Sleek, Powerful, and Super Convenient! I couldn’t be more impressed with this range hood! First of all, the design is absolutely stunning. The 36" size fits perfectly in my kitchen, and the wall mount adds a modern touch. The stainless steel finish looks incredibly sleek, and it feels very high-quality. The 900 CFM motor is a game-changer – it clears out cooking fumes and odors in no time. Whether I’m searing steaks or sautéing onions, the ventilation power is seriously impressive, even on the highest setting. Plus, it’s surprisingly quiet for such a powerful unit, which I really appreciate! One of my favorite features is the gesture control. It’s so easy to adjust the fan speed with a simple wave of my hand – it feels futuristic! And the LED lights are super bright, providing perfect illumination over my stove without being too harsh. It’s really made a difference in my cooking experience. Installation was straightforward, and the hood is solid and sturdy once mounted. I’ve noticed a big improvement in air quality, and it definitely keeps the kitchen from getting too smoky or greasy. Beautiful and quiet! Unit was fairly easy to install as this was a replacement for a 20 year old hood that had died. The "wax on, wax off" for fan speed didn't work well in test but needed to get it up. Issue persisted after install so I emailed support. The buttons and remote work perfectly. I was sent a video link on where your hand needs to be while swiping. This failed to resolve and I was asked to send a picture of the build sticker. Support confirmed the issue and are sending a replacement control board. It would be nice if the how to swipe video and any other manufacturer video, was included in the sales page or emailed on confirmation of purchase. The other issue I ran into was the sale price change. I bought the unit as an early Black Friday sale and then found that the price actually dropped further on Black Friday. Support offered to reimburse the difference and followed through! Thank you Emma with Dalxo \ IKTCH support! That said, in the future I will wait until Black Friday before making a large purchase like this in the future. (I would have leveled up to the one with 4 lights and better baffles.) Bottom line - This is a beautiful hood and far quieter than the previous Zephyr with a lower CFM. I am very happy with the hood and the interaction with Dalxo \ IKTCH support. Emma is outstanding!

I ordered this stainless steel hood for my chefs kitchen, and it is beyond high-quality. It converted the space where I had a microwave into looking like a top of the line area. I will be sure to purchase other items by Kitch.

The Dalxo convertible wall hood range is extremely nice. It was easy to put up. It’s pretty heavy so you’ll need at least two people. I couldn’t get the intelligence gesture sensor to work but I’m sure it’s something to do on my part. I would definitely recommend.

The overall product is great but the motion detection for changing the fan speed does not work. I have contacted Dalxo and have yet to receive a response.
