Like it a lot! Doesn’t take up to much room and I was looking for something without the hot water option so it’s almost perfect. If it was taller I’d just it a 5 star.

Perfect! Inexpensive and exactly what I needed. I am a small business. I thought of renting one, but I do not use all that much water each month so it was not cost effective. I had built up some credit with Wayfair, which allowed me to purchase the water cooler for under $70 and had it delivered. Now, I simply refill a bottle I purchased and I am good to go.

Did not get to remove the bottle support collar in order to clean the dispenser still stuck on there maybe too much silicone or something I just washed it and let it go and put the bottle on in that part works fine

HORRIBLE PRODUCT 1st leaked within a few days The 2nd one was delivered with no charge and it leaked when we were gone for the weekend and the whole bottle is now in my hardware floor and basement

Not too happy. There was a pice missing on the collar and l had to contact the manufacturer to order a replacement.

Only lasted 1 year and the seal broke. Also next time I recommend getting one a little taller. (Saves your back)

The water cooler arrived promptly & in good condition. It seems to be working well. Hubby is happy with the temperature of the water. Also the spout is tall enough to allow us to put a container on the shelf.

Draws a lot of power when it cools. Could also be colder
