The hood looks nice and works great and I love that the controls are located on both sides of the hood. When the hood first arrived I pulled everything out to check for dents and didn’t see any but once we went to install it a long time after there was a dent that can really only be noticed at the right angle. After waiting months to have my kitchen back I didn’t want tot have to take it down and wait for a new one so I’m living with a dented hood. Packaging wasn’t the best and there was other small scratches that are hardly noticeable. Otherwise I’d give this 5 stars.

Terrible !! I had to have three shipments before the product came without a dent. Held up the contractor from completing the project. Wayfair was awesome in Helping With the problem. But Zline should be embarrassed with their quality control department . Product should not leave their premises in poor conditions

Great hood!!

I bought this a month ago and just installed it. Weather related delay with the addition of a new roof and vent. The instructions were okay but could have been better. Some of the parts weren't fully described and where they needed to be placed. Also, when you order the new hood it automatically comes with 24 inch covers. Trouble is I needed the 16 inch covers because of a lower ceiling. Had to buy those separately. I mean once everything was installed it looks great and really opens up the kitchen. It's just now I'm stuck with a set of 24 inch covers I can't use and I can't return.
