Very hard to assemble. Many pieces were not labeled. Many holes were not pre drilled. Wooden pieces were damaged and cracked.

My product is amazing. My daughter loves it. Fast delivery! And made with solid wood.

This bed was very flimsy and seemed to be made of cheap pressed wood. Ultimately too unsafe for our child to sleep in. Sent it back.

Missing an entire package of hexbolts, multiple damaged parts, especially on the exterior front facing parts. Also every bolt is exposed, some manufacturers include stickers the color of the product to rectify this- they do not. This was a Christmas present for my daughter that she hasn’t been able to enjoy yet because I have to go buy replacement pieces and hopefully find a paint that matches closely. Very disappointed with this purchase, and if it wasn’t such a hassle to return, I certainly would.
