Very comfortable mattress even though it’s 13” and not 14”. Great customer service!!

I just purchased this mattress online. It was delivered as promised. It was a bit heavy in the box, but it’s a compressed mattress so you will need some assistance as soon as you open it it starts to expand immediately so be prepared, but it was really cool to watch and I left it alone for a few days when we went away to let it fully expand, it has not been a disappointment since then and is a medium to firm style mattress and it lives up to all of my expectations so far! Not to mention, I got it at 52% off I am happy with the mattress and the price. I also bought the waterproof dust and mite bedbug cover for 40 some odd dollars. I attached a photo of the cover on top of the mattress. The mattress was very pretty and feels like it’s made well. You should attempt to put a cover on most of the mattress or at least halfway before letting the mattress expand because it took a little time to make sure it fit perfectly but the zipper was very secure and I was able to get the cover on even after expansion.This was my first purchase on Wayfair and if all goes well, it won’t be my last.

I love my new mattress. I recommend this mattress to everyone. I sleep so good. Also it fits my bed frame. I love all your products. It is budget friendly.

This mattress is in our guest room. Seem nice and raised nicely. They should love it.

Like mattress and height. Took a star away bc the corners are not in alignment with the rest of the mattress. They kind of fold down like they didn’t inflate fully. It’s been a couple weeks now

This mattress was very surprising. This was my 1st time purchasing a mattress online and in a box, so I was pleased with how it turned out. It is on the firmer side, but from sleeping on it only a few nights I can tell it will soften up. I also placed bunkie boards underneath because of the reviews. So they could be contributing to how stiff the mattress feels. However, the mattress is still soft and comfortable. It’s also super thick you will need deep sheets. I did measure the mattress and it only inflated to 13” rather than 14” but it’s fine because why do we need ridiculously thick mattresses Honestly when I set up my bed I was thinking 12” would have been fine because now none of my sheets fit. Anyway I really like the mattress and I would recommend it to everyone!

I love this mattress! As a side sleeper, I was initially a bit skeptical because it felt a little too soft for me. However, after a few days, the firmness improved significantly.
