We needed a shorter foundation to lower the mattress due to a loss of mobility and needing to use a walker or cane getting out of bed. I’m not a big fan of where things are manufactured these days but this was well thought out and constructed! It went together in 20 minutes with everything fitting perfectly. It is heavy!

This product--it's a box spring, so not very exciting--is ok. It was what was needed, but the assembly took a bit longer than expected and the final product is heavy. Nonetheless, it does the job, and the portability is the key factor particularly, if you live in an old home with narrow hallways and steps.
