Hybrid Mattress Spring Gel Memory Foam, Mattresses In A Box

This is ABSOLUTELY the worst mattress I have ever purchased. The right side has lost its structural integrity and completely concave. It started as a small depression the size of my backside a couple weeks after it was delivered, as this is where I sometimes sit to watch TV while In my bedroom. I assumed it was just the memory foam, but within a couple months the depression became greater and greater. That's when I realized that the spring structure of the mattress completely failed in this area, to the point that the springs are completely flattened and have spread out, separating from each other. Not even 6 months after purchasing this mattress and you can no longer use the right side. Save your money and purchase a different mattress of better quality than this. In my 43 years on this planet, I have never seen a mattress become this structurally compromised throughout its entire lifetime. This one lasted less than 6 months. I'm including pictures, but they don't show the full extent of the collapse as there is a mattress protector currently covering the mattress and I am unable to remove it myself because of back injuries. That being said, they show more than enough for you to get the idea.

LOVE LOVE LOVE!! Easy delivery,and great quality. Everyone who sleeps on our new guest bed loves it. Plan to buy another next time I need a mattress.

I told the company that I wanted the bed to be delivered on Saturday. They delivered it a day early while I was at work which was a great inconvenience.

I was so surprised by this mattress. It is so comfortable! I though a mattress in a box couldn't be. I liked it so much I swapped it from the spare room to my own bed.

Had to return cause I kept sliding off side of bed no support.
