Item shipped quickly. I was able to carry it up a flight of stairs by myself, unpack, and sleep on it that very night.

I like the mattress but it still hasn’t expanded fully. I got the 10” for the height but only about 6 “ so far. How long should it take?

Faulty! Day 2 still not expanding and my bed is different from everyone else

Prefect feels very soft, very bouncy not stiff at all.

The mattress is just OK. I purchased this under the impression that it was a hybrid mattress. If it is, then there is very and I do mean very little memory foam on top of springs. I currently have a king size name brand hybrid mattress and the difference is extremely noticeable between these two. It’s not too big of a deal since this will be a guest bed but still was expecting a little more than what I got. My other issues are that it was supposed to be here on a Friday (per Wayfair delivery) even had an estimated delivery time of 1100-300 and it never showed up. I was pretty upset seeing how I had guest that were coming down that night. Thankfully I had an old thin crummy mattress on the guest bed. We thought ok surely Saturday it would be delivered. NOPE! Did not get here until Monday afternoon when my guest had already left that morning. Not to mention that when it did finally arrive one end of the box had been completely torn off and the side of the box was missing several heavy duty staples that keep it closed. I know that’s not Wayfair fault but the delivery date kind of is. If they can not guarantee it by the date advertised then don’t advertise a delivery date. Also Wayfair a customer service was absolutely no help at all.

Mattress is perfect and feels amazing, plus a great price.

This mattress looks exactly as pictured. It is a bit firmer than I would care for, but hopefully it will get softer when broken in. You can also add a mattress topper. Very good quality.
