This mattress is very comfortable .. I ordered 2 but these mattresses expand and are massive.. I should have ordered 1..

I thought an actual box spring was included, but it’s not. Mattress is soft

My mattress was delivered to my apartment door, and I could bring it in myself. The packaging was compressed, and once that was cut, I waited for it to expand, which was relatively quickly. My bed and mattress topper hadn't arrived, so I slept with the mattress on the floor for two days without any discomfort or issues. I would definitely buy again.

Mattress is better than expected! Very comfortable. Medium is an accurate description for it. Not hard nor soft.it is well made, and has risen to full height in 1 day. I'm not sure why it states that it will take days, it took less then 1 for me. Worth every penny I spent on it.

I was expecting a box spring as advertised

However, I was disappointed to find that the product description claimed it came with a box spring, which it did not. This was misleading, and I had to scramble to purchase a box spring separately. If you’re just looking for a good mattress, this is a solid choice. But if you’re expecting a complete set as described, be prepared to potentially deal with this issue. Better clarity in the product listing would have made this a five-star experience.

Terrible service. Mattress arrived with a large tear in the side that would only get worse. Wanted to return and buy different one. Couldn’t complete as the mattress is under review No return no replacement so had to order a different one so grandaughterhad a mattress in her bed. Still haven’t heard back. Reporting to BBB.

Very comfortable mattress for our guest room. It was easy to set up and is ready to use.

I love this mattress! For the price it is surprisingly comfortable! It suitable for both me and my husband and I am very pleased!!!
