Im a side sleeper who prefers a medium-firm mattress. I tested thand found it to be a good fit for my needs. It offered excellent support for my hips and shoulders and didnt cause any pressure points. I also appreciate that it has good edge support and minimal motion transfer. I bought a brand new high-end King size mattress. I always cover my mattresses with mattress covers. Though what really prompted me to in-case the mattress. Was bc a few floors below my unit in a high-rise. They had bed bugs! After spending a few thousand on my new mattress, literally 2 months before! I ordered an encasement cover. That is also another layer of waterproofing. What I cared about really was my new 7200 investment in my mattress! Bed bugs CAN Easily travel through electrical outlets, airheating ducts. Miniscule cracks even in Superburb Concrete rebar construction buildings like my own! They do not have to be brought in by a guest into your unit! Our entire building was proactive in hiring a exterminator for the entire building floors 1-16! Ive only seen fleas from my dog(they look earily similar to bed bugs, they have 6 legs, to bed bugs 8 legs!) Like bed bugs can travel on human hosts. I figured she started having them. After the exterminator came into my unit. Frustrating but never the less, my mattress encasement had a double winning just bc of the initial issue. I am so happy I have that extra layer of protection now! Thanks to Wayfair it arrived quickly. - I would suggest especially if you have a Big mattress. To have a 2nd person. I live alone bf was out of town when it arrived. It can obviously be done. But lot of curse words later by myself lol!
