THEN ON WHAT GROUNDS THEY ARE SAYING - YES I DID GET DAHLIA FLOWERS BUT IT WAS OUTSIDE MY CONDO - GPS LOCATIONS ARE TRACKED IN THEIR VANS - OR THEY SCANNED AND TOOK PICTURE AND TOOK IT BACK WITH THEM - HOW AM I RESPONSIBLE - WHEN YOU GUYS PICK THE CARRIER. FEDEX AGAIN - ASKED ME TO CONTACT YOU GUYS AS THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING AND HAVE FINISHED THEIR INVESTIGATION.
