Super comfortable! Firm but not hard. It is very soft but it isn’t so squishy you sink down into it. Was exactly what I needed and I’ve slept great every night. Was easy (and fun lol) to unpack and watch it expand. The box was small (considering it’s a mattress) but extremely heavy! Make sure you have help to carry and lift it.

Was amazed at how this mattress was shipped! Placed the still rolled up mattress on the bed frame and then removed the plastic wrappings. Immediately the mattress sprang to life, quickly expanding to full size! Instructions recommended letting the mattress "breathe" for 24-72 hours before beginning to use. I choose 72 after which time I placed mattress protector and sheets and comforter on the bed. At first I didn't think it was as firm as I hoped for, but decided to get used to it for a few nights before deciding. I'm glad I did! I am happy to report that this mattress is fantastic! I absolutely love it! Highly recommended!

The bed is wonderful . .firm but with a soft upper layer. My only complaint was that the concierge at Wayfair who helped me pick out the right bed for me said that because I was in California they could arrange for my old mattress to be hauled away for free . .. What they failed to ask was if my old mattress was foam, which is NOT hauled for free . .turned out I had to pay $100 out of pocket, $50 for the labor and $50 for the dump fee.
