**Update the mattress has since been picked up but I forgot to follow up here. The pickup was quick and easy by the logistics company. I waited for the return review process as mentioned by wayfair but after a week I hadn’t heard anything. I contacted customer service and right away they were able to confirm everything and process the refund. This was frustrating since they say to wait but I had to call to check on it. I did get my refund so that’s all that matters in the end. **Update after 2.5 weeks the mattress seemed to be sinking and was all squishynot at all supportive as it should be based on reviews. I thought maybe it was due to the bed frame I was using although it is compatible. After further research I found several reviews that state the same experience over and over again. After 3 weeks I started noticing my body was starting to ache especially my lower back. I was very disappointed since I had high hopes for the mattress and met all my needs per the description. So far I have submitted the request for return. I am waiting for the logistics coming to contact me regarding pick up. Will update as the process continues.** I was not sure about purchasing this mattress especially since there were no reviews on Wayfair. I did do tons of research online, read reviews, watched videos, etc and found this mattress was very highly recommended for people that weigh 250lb and up (I weight around 250lb). Due to the limited space, I needed a bed that I could use as a daybedcouch as well. So far it is working well for both! Pros The price was lower than other competitors. Made for larger peopleplus size (250lb or more) in mind. I did not realize most mattresses are only meant for people that weigh less than 250lb. I weigh around 250lb and the mattress I purchased before this one would sink shortly after I purchased and caused me back pain. This mattress is super comfy and not too firm but still supports me fully. I move around a lot at night, and I am a tummy and side sleeper. This is made specifically for side sleepers. I did splurge for the cooling top which I am not sure I can tell a difference with all the sheets (mattress protector, fitted sheet, daybed coverlet) I have on it but just in case I utilize it differently in the future I wanted to have that option. No fun sweating while you sleep. Cons Since the mattress is 13 thick it did make finding sheets a little difficult. I understand it has to be this thick for the features and for it to do all the great things it does so not really a con. I had to purchase a different bedframe. I originally had an 18 bedframe to allow for storage underneath but with this mattress (18 13 31 tall) I had to literally climb in and slide out of the bed. I ended up purchasing a 6 (6 13 19) bedframe which is working perfectly since I am utilizing as a couch as well. The bed was delivered with nothing but the mattress. I found it kind of odd but the instructions are simple and the outside of the box showed the 3 easy steps for setup. I just figured for the price I would get some kind of fancy pamphlet, warranty, etc along with it. update

Not any better than my 20+ year old mattress. Hard and makes my shoulders and hips hurt.

It's great for hot sleepers, I can sleep on all sides and be jsut as comfortable. Another great BB purchase!

I am loving this bed! First bed I ever owned where I literally feel like I’m recharging just by laying on it. I feel like I’m being rehabilitated, like I’m actually getting healthier somehow. After a couple of nights I made the mistake of adding a fancy topper to this bed and it actually decreased that rejuvenating effect so I took it back off. I could feel the difference! I added some high quality sheets and a good pillow and my sleep situation has seriously improved due to this purchase. If you’re contemplating getting one of these, I say definitely do it. I’m a big guy and getting good, deep sleep has been life-changing. I have stayed in countless hotels and a good mattress is a godsend. it’s great to have one at home now. I jokingly warn that I live in happy fear of casually laying across this thing because it’s not for funzies- you will rest and rest well. Enjoy!

It is a good mattress but not great for the price in my opinion, edges are not supporting enough, comfort is average and comparable to cheaper ones in big box stores, quality appears to be fine but time will tell. Good but not worth the price.

It is barely acceptable for the price, I expected a lot more stability.

Mattress is slippery had to get a mattress pad so the sheets would stay in place. Very comfortable.

We let the online questionnaire pick the mattress for us and it so far seems to be doing good for us. It is a little softer in the middle than the edges which is one of the things we were hoping to avoid but for only sleeping on it 6 night's so far it is doing good.

Great quality! The bed supports my large frame and most importantly my back! Awesome!

Like sleeping on a cool cloud I find myself drifting off to sleep much quicker than I ever have.
