Detecto Analog Scales, Physician Scales

This was a pain to put together. Watch the online video before you start. Zeroing out the balance beam and maintaining that is also tricky. For those of us used to the perceived precision of digital scales, this will seem imprecise. And it’s really big and heavy. It takes up as much space and a grandfather clock. Make sure you have the space (and consider vertical clearance). If I had it to do over, I’d go digital. But it’s all put together and working, so no way I’m going to repack it and return it. Hopefully it will be durable and give me years of battery-free performance and accuracy. It came quickly and the price was reasonable.

Reasonably easy to assemble. Harder to keep zeroed, especially if the floors aren't level.

Nice scale--Numbers on the weight readout could be a little bigger--This is equipment from a generation ago, I should have bought a digital scale with eye-level readout, but this works fine !!

Love love love. Been wanting one of these for many years and saw it on the open box page. It is the real thing-even has notes for physician use.

It's a good scale But i Hate what it tells me!

Just received a week ago and so far so good! Love it because it is super accurate, but also hate it for the same reason. :) Well worth the purchase.
