Like the looks of the Mattress. Thought it was going to be a little softer.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size of mattress. We were in a hurry due to a family emergency. Unfortunately, the mattress-in-a-box is nearly impossible to return or exchange. We saw no size indicated on the outside of the box or on the roll itself, so we never thought about it being the wrong size. While ordering, I kept getting disconnected, and every time I tried to log back on, I’d create another order, making sure to check all the right boxes, but when the order finally went through, I’d forgotten to switch from queen to twin. I will say it was really cool to see the mattress inflate on its own. However, there was no rolling it back up or putting it back in the box! I knew I was out of luck, so I ordered a different twin mattress elsewhere and gave the queen size one away to a friend, no charge. The company did give me a 10% discount eventually, but I haven’t seen it yet. I suppose one should think twice about ordering from a company that sells products from other companies. It does get complicated at times.

Excellent value. My 101 year old mother-in-law loved it. Excellent value for the price.

I am shocked at how comfortable it is!

The springs inside the mattress are poking and its not firm. After 72 hours of opening the mattress we tried to sleep on it but the mattress is not firm and the springs are poking our body. Also the colour is not what’s shown in the website.

Have had the mattress for a few years now. Still holding up.
