This mattress has been my dream come true! It was so hard finding a mattress that is truly plush, and this is it. Highly recommend!

Comfortable!

The mattress did not have sufficient instructions for opening. It ended up exploding open in the wrong direction, upside down, and shoving me against another piece of furniture in the bedroom, which I did not appreciate. It is too heavy for one person to flip or move, so right now, this remains unresolved, so I can't use the bed its on nor much of the room its in. I'm going to keep trying to move it, but seems impossible. If it just weren't upside down... My likeliest resolution will be to wait to purchase a second mattress from a local store with haul away when I can and sleep on a airbed in the living room until then. I hate this so much. ETA: The mattress literally can't be flipped in the room. It would take out the ceiling fan. I physically can't do it, although one method from Youtube plus two chairs was close, except for the fan. Don't buy this if you live alone!! I cannot stress enough how bad and how expensive this experience has been.

So yes the bed is exactly what i was looking at for a plush mattress, best thing ive bought with 500 bucks. Free shipping was nice, mattress feels like what you should get when you order a ultra plush, but The two stars is for the shipping originally promised 2 day shipping but for some reason the bed was shipped all the way to texas When it was literally 4 hours away from my location so delayed me getting my bed for 2 weeks!!!! It finaly got here thank god after getting a hold of fed ex an making sure its on the right track. The wayfair customer care team kept repeating there selfs saying it would ship,it will ship in two days, an it didnt ship for a week an a half!!! as well as once it shipped it got randomly shipped to texas so pretty much waited 3 an a half weeks for something that was promised to be delivered in two to three days. Never again buying on wayfair.... Bed is soft an cozy sit on it an ya sink in its big so make sure you have someone help you carry inside an it blows up instantly!! Very quality made bed, plush feel when ya lay on it its not like 2000 dollar bed where you melt, its a comfy sinking but just touch of firmness to cradle your body. They have a youtube video on this bed go check it out to make sure this is the one for you. Just good luck on the shipping!! But thank you to the luuf for making a bed i can finally sleep on!!!

The comfiest mattress I’ve ever slept on. Feels like you’re sleeping on a cloud! I love it!

This mattress is exactly as described. It’s 13” when fully inflated from its packaging. I had a firm temperpedic with a gel mattress topper. It’s been 15 years and time for a new bed. This is so much more comfortable without having to hoist myself on a princess high bed. I’m so happy with this choice. Plush is great for side and back sleepers. Very comfortable.

At first when the UPS called me said I have a delivery . I came down I saw a large box I was like no way my King mattress in there. I couldnt believed my eyes after I removed the plastic sound of the Deflation . So far no regret !!!

My complaint is with the delivery process with Wayfair! I had set upremoval service scheduled. The delivery date changed at least 4 times. I was told it was my responsibility to schedule the set up, even though I had no concrete delivery date. Long story short, I was told that it would be delivered 1218, 1212, 1217, 1216-23, then after a call, 1216. It was delivered 1214 and left at the bottom of the stairs near the sidewalk. I discovered it because I was on my way out of the door to leave for the weekend! This mattress is 80lbs! I am disabled and have stairs in front. I tried to pull the mattress up the steps but couldn’t budge it. Luckily a neighbor was about to leave and helped. I know this is in part an issue with the delivery service, but had I been given the correct delivery date I would have arrange for help. I have yet to use the mattress because the set up service isn’t until 1224! Can’t even get it in the room. Smh

This mattress is THE BEST! We havent slept this great in years. Best purchase in a long time

Love this mattress. It’s super plush tho so if you need any support this is not the mattress for you. It’s like sleeping in a cloud of softness.
