Hi, On Thursday, 3/21, I received my order #4216726231. After unpacking it and leaving it to fully extend overnight, I noticed a tear in the cover. I have attached photos for your review. Additionally, the mattress is about 3-4 inches shorter than a regular queen-sized mattress. I will provide updates in 48 hours once it's fully extended. I've attached photos. Thank you, Alina

I slept on this bed at an AirBNB in Florida and it was the most comfortable bed I had ever slept on in my entire life. I took a pic of the tag and decided to buy one of my own. We are one week into sleeping on it and it is soooo much firmer than the one I slept on in Florida. I don’t love it. However, maybe it will break in with more use? The one in Florida was fabulous so I have high hopes.

This is a very comfortable bed!! Came quickly and extended to full amount within a few minutes! Now still waiting for the bed frame.....

One of the worst mattresses I have ever slept on. I've had it two months and am already considering getting another. The bed is fine for the first 15 minutes you lay on it. However, as the night goes on, you sink into it so much that your body is bowed. I'm a small, normal weight gal and my husband is average height and skinny. When we wake up, both our lower and upper backs are aching. My lower back aches so much from how much it drastically sinks that it radiates into my abdomen.

This mattress is amazing! Within one hour it was fully expanded to its 12” depth, with very little odor, that did disappear within days.
